The Harry Potter Wish List website
Warner Bros. and Harry Potter issued a challenge: to showcase one of the most storied movie franchises in history in compelling ways. The first phase of the Harry Potter Wish List site allowed visitors to save a range of items in personal collections and then share their wish lists. Connecting unique merchandise with passionate fans, the current site is a portal for news, movie information, the various parks, merchandise, and DIY projects.
Dumbledore’s Army Sweepstakes
To promote the site with an extremely tight launch window and minimal advertising support, we built the Dumbledore’s Army Sweepstakes. Integrating with the brand’s social media networks, the sweepstakes brought visitors from the brand’s formidable Facebook community (#1 movie site on Facebook at 63 million Likes). The brand saw robust participation and awareness each time the promotion ran, and website traffic nearly doubled.
